- The Developer reserves rights to change or Revise, Modifications, Alteration, Addition, Omission in the Projects as whole or any Part of at their own sole Discreation.
- * DD or Cheque in favour of "Honey Infra Projects Ltd." Rules are subject to Change without Prior notice.
- * Payments will be as per 'Annexure' Duly sign and agreed by both the parties. Last Installment wil lbe paid at the time of Registration (Dastavej) Only.
- * Acceptance of request if any for transfer of booking from unit to unit at sole Discreation of "Honey Infra Projects Ltd." For that the transfer charges would be collected by the company.
- * Possession will be given after Full Payment only. For Down Payment Holders Possessions after 1 year & 6 months minimum.
- * Brochure is not an offer for sales and that cannot be the basis of Leagl Bindings/Resource/Use/Perfectness.
- * All Present/Future Taxes, Levies and Duties like Service Tax, Vat, Stamp Duty, Betterment Charges, Registration Fees, Legal Charges, Maintenance Charges, Development Charges, Advocate Fees, Electricity connection Charges etc. etc will be brone by the Members.
- * Additional amount of 5% will be charged if all Payment are not made within Stipulated time limit.
- * The Members have to Pay remaining Installments as per "Annexure", if fails to such Payment will result in to the Cancellation of Booking.
- * Cancellation charges applicable 50% of the Total Amount Paid and balance refund amount only on Sale of Said Plot.
- * For any disputes / Misunderstanding between any sole Partner and Member etc dicision of "Honey Infra Projects Ltd." will be final.
- * A Measurement are given on the basis of Super Built Up (Approx 30%) that includes Common Area of Development, Roads, Garden and other Amenities which are include in Total size mentioned in MOU. Any Difference in the same will be considered as final and difference in consideration will be Collected / refunded / adjusted.
- * Variations are likely in Area, Dimensions, Status of Land and layout of final amount Payable will be as per acutal Site Area, determined at the time of Possession.
- * Permission of Residential / N.A use will be obtained in due course of time.
- * Impact of Town Planning scheme including betterment charges if any, if implemented at any time in the future, are to be brone entirely by the Unit or Plot Purchaser / Holder / Allottee.
- * All Mentioned terms and conditions apply after down and regular Payments.
- * Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction Only.
